Dear James,
I am sorry I cannot be at the LAMS conference this week. It is a very hectic time of year for teachers but I am sure it will be an exciting event. I look forward to seeing and hearing the 'richer record' of the conference that is shared on this blog.
Good luck this week.
I also look forward to working more closely with MELCOE next year as Centre Director of MU ICT Centre.

Thanks for this interesting insight. And thanks for keeping it succinct (8 to a maximum of 10/11 minutes seem quite adequate, at least for my taste and usual “time at disposition capacities”) I have already decided to attend the conference PodCasts etc., as I am unfortunately not able to fly over to Sydney!!
One suggestion: Having a quite international audience, it could help one person or another to be offered a text transcript (Elliot Masie for ex. offers it for most of the PodCasts he posts and he says it is not too expensive …).
Cheers and good luck for the conference, Peter

Thanks to James and Allan for an interesting introduction to the upcoming LAMS conference in Sydney. Unfortunately I am not able to attend but I look forward to keeping abreast of everything via blogs such as this.
I trust the conference exceeds all expectations and I look forward to liaising further with Allan on his return from the conference.
